No whey – Curds!
Fresh cheese curds from Baumgartner’s! Awesomely squeaky – as real cheese curds should be. On Wisconsin! Brick: Cheddar:
Lamb-butty Pellets?
We inform, you decide.
Kolacky!
Classic apricot: Highly experimental TJ’s raspberry jam and Dundee Orange (school) Marmalade. Also tried Ginger Marmalade, but they were meh. Not as good as if Mom was here to make them. But, I think she would have been pleased.
Ham and Eggs (with greens)
Leftover hard boiled eggs (primarily whites since we made Mom’s kolacky’s). Simple mayo and mustard sauce with celery and some rosemary. On a bed of spinach. Not quite green eggs.
Orange Boat – Reconstructed
Caution – Mom at work
Salad Decadence
Mezzataranean Mediterranean salad from Mezza. Pitted Kalamata olives are yet another sign that God loves us.
So True
Obviously unaware….
Of the awesomeness of pan roasted Brussels Sprouts.
