We had some Hot Italian Sausage from Paulina Market.   So, I devised the following. First, browned up the sausages. Made polenta, using Bob’s Red Mill.  Added butter and Parmesan. Cooked Brocolli di Rabe by blanching, and them cooking in olive oil, sausage drippings, red pepper and garlic.  Deglazed with some white wine for good measure.  …
