A Polish Dinner

From the last trip to the venerable Paulina Market, we had some fresh (unsmoked) Polish Sausage.  So, I felt that an Old time polish dinner was indicated.

I started with a base of Franks Kraut.  I rinsed, and added it to sauteed onions in butter, along with additional caraway seeds (because that is the way Mom did it).

I added the sausage to the kapusta, and let it finish cooking.  It looks a little blah, but it was tasty.  We had some baked fingerling potatoes with it.

I think mom and dad would have liked it.
