Smashed Cauliflower
I got the recipe from the Novice Chef Blog (http://thenovicechefblog.com/?p=2523). Tasted pretty good for pretending to be mashed potatoes. It is a unique side dish and low in carbs.
Simple Zucchini Italiano
A simple salad to accompany some simple poached salmon. Paying homage to the Italian flag, simply zucchini and red pepper, seasoned with saltie, peppie, oregano and olive oil. Bella!
Sans Caterpillar
Pan roasted Brussels Sprouts, starting with some rendered pancetta and olive oil. Salt, pepper and some fresh thyme. Delightful!

Pasta with Arugula, White Beans and Walnuts. Oddly, the base recipe is from Martha (http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/pasta-with-arugula-white-beans-and-walnuts) It’s a hit!
Banana Banana Bread
The banana bread so nice they put banana in the title twice. Seriously, there’s more banana than flour in this recipe. Recipe http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Banana-Banana-Bread/Detail.aspx
This chickpea’s really shiny
Chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 40 minutes at 450 degrees. It’s magic, I promise.
