So, I got called for jury duty — again. At least it was at Skokie, and I was not chosen for a jury. I found a Chinese restaurant, Lao Sze Chuan, and stopped for lunch. I had this dish, Dry Chili Chicken. It was totally awesome. Here’s the before:
