Kale Sprouts – give these greens a chance

Kale Sprouts!  Who knew?  They taste and have a similar texture to Brussels sprouts, just a little bit thicker and kale-ier.  I just covered them in olive oil and TJ’s Everyday Seasoning.  Then, I baked them in the oven for about 20 minutes for 400 degrees.  So good, they didn’t even make it onto a plate.  2014-11-03 19.39.28
