Vegetable Dinner Supreme

Tonight’s thrown together dinner after the concert.

Grapes.
Zucchini with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Ceci with olive oil and Penzey’s most-awesome Turkish seasoning.
Some carrot sticks.

A little bread and voila!

Shrimpie

Three layer shrimp dish. Couscous on the bottom, raw zucchini salad (salt, pepper, olive oil) in the middle, shrimp on top. Dusted a little paprika on top for color and additional flavor. Nice.

Simple Zucchini Italiano

A simple salad to accompany some simple poached salmon.

Paying homage to the Italian flag, simply zucchini and red pepper, seasoned with saltie, peppie, oregano and olive oil.

Sans Caterpillar

Pan roasted Brussels Sprouts, starting with some rendered pancetta and olive oil. Salt, pepper and some fresh thyme.
