A trip to Strasbourg.
Karen had a sandwich with Brie on ciabatta.
Maryann had the filet mignon (pork not beef), with salad (delightful mustard mayonnaise dressing no doubt made from scratch). A little Pinot noir from the area.
Joe had the same thing. It was the special (plat du jour). We could have added frites, but we have been craving vegetables in this delightfully meat-centric cuisine.
