Sam and I tried to eat as much Spätzle as possible in Vienna. Here is Spätzle three different ways:

Joe’s sandwich: Hard salami and swiss cheese

Maryann’s sandwich: Braunschweiger and Brick Cheese with (mandatory) Raw Onions
