Polenta and Italian Sausage
For dinner tonight, we had hot Italian sausage resting on delightful soft Parmesan cheese infused polenta.
The leftover polenta was formed in a bowl, to be eaten warmed or perhaps browned up a bit in that glorious lipid, olive oil.
